Leading trading platform for stationery, office supply and cultural products in the Asian-Pacific region The China Stationery Fair (CSF) was organized by Comexposium-CSF (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and supported by China Commerce Association for General Merchandise. Founded in 1953, CSF is the leading stationery and office supply commerce and trade platform in Asia. As an industry veteran, the fair serves both as an important networking event for domestic brands as well as an opportunity for international brands to enter the Chinese market. In the past 70 years, CSF had been dedicated to becoming a platform for information sharing and business cooperation. It strives to introduce new ideas, present new products, discover new opportunities in order to help the stationery and office-supply industry grow as a whole. The 119th CSF will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), on June 11-13, 2025.

CHENGDU · 2024 CHINA STATIONERY FAIR WEST (CSF WEST):As the largest wholesale center of stationery and sporting goods in Southwest China and a modern shopping mall integrated with many functions such as market, finance, offic and storage. It is located at the north entrance of Chengdu Hehuachi Business Circle. With an area of more than 20,000 ㎡, the building has a total height of 14 floors. The building accommodates more than 200 customers, covering the general agents, direct sales of manufacturers and other sales modes, which run nearly 1,000 famous brands of stationery and sporting goods at home and abroad.

TIn 2024, the exhibition area will be 57,500m2, with 899 exhibitors and 56,140 professional visitors.

Data from National Bureau of statistics shows that approximately 2475 enterprises above certain size in China stationery and sport goods manufacturing industry have completed a total revenue of 331.172 billion Yuan in 2020, a year-on-year increase of 2.90%. Such enterprises realized a total profit of 21.808 billion Yuan in the whole stationery and sport goods manufacturing industry in China, a year-on-year decrease of 1.11%. The profit margin of the operating revenue in stationery and sport goods industry was 6.59%, a year-on-year decrease of 0.27 percentage points.

China now has been grown up to be the biggest stationery consumer in the world; however, the market share of Chinese enterprises in the world is still comparatively low comparing with the global market capacity worth of more than US 200billion dollars, nevertheless high-quality original products are still very few.

Most Chinese stationery manufacturers are private companies, resulting the whole industry is still struggling in the low-end price wars and the common phenomena of small size, obsolescent industrial structure, low technical contains and mostly are OEM companies. They are lack of high level industrial design and innovation ability that . Chinese office supplies and stationery industry urgently needs a transform from low-level producer to a high-level innovative powerful nation.
